Top 10 Rides at Disney World

This was created by my friend Kennedy!

Hello, it has been my pleasure to be one of the creators of this amazing and magical blog about the most Magical Place on Earth! In this post I will be talking about my personal favorite top ten rides in Disney with descriptions and pictures that will make you feel like your back at the Disney parks ready to ride or if you have not visited Disney, this top ten list will definitely do the trick!

Number 10: Haunted Mansion

This ride is the most haunted obviously. You can find this ride in Magic Kingdom. The ride is taken place in a mansion that is ran by a bunch of ghosts. It is a slow ride, but that makes it even more fun to get to experience all the spooky details and even hidden mickeys! Don't be too intimidated by its creepy environment for once you ride it, and ride it again, you'll find yourself singing along to the goofy song and laughing at the moving heads! And ofcourse.... don't forget your death certificate!

Number 9: Pirates of the Caribbean.

This ride is an amazing water ride located in Magic Kingdom. You travel through the story of Captain Jack and the other pirates aboard. But it's not a normal relaxing water ride. In the beginning, you are set off into a foggy and creepy area and you hear these exact words "Dead Men Tell No Tales" before your plunged down a small hill. But don't worry, you sometimes don't get wet. And you cannot forget about the smells of the water and banana rum!

Number 8: Test Track

This ride is super fun. It's located in Epcot. The ride time is always very long, but don't let that stop you for in que, you get to design your very own car on a screen! Then, you go in the car for the ride and you are taken through multiple tests. My favorite part of the ride is the ending where you are taken through the last test, speed. This ride really fits for Epcot, and I really recommend it if you are going to Epcot.

Number 7: Splash Mountain

Are you hot and tired and just want to go back to your hotel and jump in the pool? Why do that when you can still stay in Disney and go on Splash Mountain. It's name doesn't lie. You can find this in Magic Kingdom. You start off in a log and go through some minor hills. Eventually you enter a place where the story begins! You ride with the song in the background then you are dropped down a huge water hill: Time to be turning around... This is all a very fun water ride that will cool you off, and drop you off happy and pleased.

Number 6: Spaceship Earth

This is in my opinion the best ride of the slow rides. You time traveled through periods of times starting from the beginning to the future. A narrator guides you through the times. You can find this ride in the big ball of Epcot. This ride is full of smiles and most important: the smells. Do you like the smell of Rome Burning? Well you can find the exact scent and buy it at the Disney Candle Company! Anyways, I really enjoyed this ride and hope you will too. It is sadly being closed in June 2020 and being refurbished, so ride the original version while you still can!

Number 5: Dinosaur

Ever wanted to travel back to prehistoric times? Well just wait in line for Dinosaur! This ride doesn't usually have a huge wait even though it's super fun. You can find this in Animal Kingdom. During the ride, you are in a time traveler, looking for the dino the scientist needs. You encounter many dinosaurs until you encounter the bad Carnotaurus. But you have to hurry or the meteor shower could come any second! This is a super fun and in the dark ride and I highly recommend it.

Number 4: Soarin Around the World.

Ever wanted to paraglide? Well you can paraglide all around the world in this spectacular ride in Epcot. In the ride, you are seated in a paraglide and a huge screen in front of you showing all the places you fly over. They let out amazing smells to make you feel like your actually there, and you dangle your feet, making you feel like your flying.📷

Number 3: Expedition Everest

This is one of the thrilling rides located in Animal Kingdom. This ride is one of everyone's favorites. You are on a journey going up Mount Everest but you catch site of a yeti! There is a ton of drops and turns that will leave you smiling and screaming. But the really question is: What's really at the top? That is for you to find out when you ride, Expedition Everest.

Number 2: Space Mountain

This is another thrilling ride in Tomorrowland, Magic Kingdom. It has a long wait usually, but the que is so magical and pretty. It really feels like your in space. You are strapped into a little space shuttle as you are launched into deep space. It is a fast in the dark ride. And what makes it so fun is that you can't see the track. And there's little drops that make your hearts flutter. Lastly, there is a bunch of tiny stars making it seem like your in space.

Number 1: Flight of Passage

This is my opinion, is the best ride in Disney World. It is one of newer rides in Pandora, Animal Kingdom. I definitely recommend getting a fastpass for this ride, or if you have an early opening pass, go to this straight in the morning. Or you could right it right before closing. Although it has a long line, it is so worth it in the end. Also, the que is so pretty with biolumnent forest in some parts. When you get to the ride, you go get your avatar synced with you, then you sit on what they called a Banshee. During the ride, you could feel the Banshee breathing, and it feels like your there in Pandora riding a Banshee. There are also smells for certain places to pick up your other senses. I highly recommend this ride when planning a trip to Disney World!
