If you want a large variety of ears, or you aren't too sure about what ears are for you, than you want to look on shopDisney.com. There are currently about 68 different types of ears, ranging from Disney Cruise Line themes, Park attractions, and hats and headbands plus a ton more!
If you are already in the parks and want to find that perfect hat, you may be out of luck with trying to find a place with all 68 types. When I was looking for a certain kind of ear headband, there were only 2 locations I saw. But, your best bets are The Chapeu in Magic Kingdom, World of Disney in Disney Springs, and the Emporium in MK. But, I recommend that you look in shops you wouldn't normally look through. I found my ears in the PhilarMagic gift shop!
Now, no one wants to spend their entire vacation looking for Disney merch, so just take a quick look through a shop after a ride of Meet-N-Greet.
Finding shirts and bags are an entire other story. Disney has so many different designs and types everywhere! If you want to find cheap, but authentic shirts or apparel, than look at sites or stores like Target, Hot Topic, or Macy's. Or if your looking for a spacefic ride shirt, try looking at a gift shop near the attraction.
